I created this article; but maybe the name would be more appropriattely be License plates in Austria - maybe rename this page? (clem 12:31, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC))
Are numbers and letters in Austrian plates assigned randomly or is there a sequential numbering system, and which is the lowest possible numeber in plates (in both XY 123 AB and X 1234 AB formats)?
