The article begins talking about "Philadelphia's Joseph Horn (1861–1941) and German-born, New Orleans-raised Frank Hardart (1850–1918)
There's a nice article in Wiki about Hardart, but none about Horn. This is a serious deficiency that should be rectified by someone qualified to do create at least a simple biography. LarryWiki115 (talk) 03:16, 11 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
New company coat-tailling on the name of the old company
Just thought I'd mention that there's a new company that's been created, and they filed for the trademarks (in 2023), and they are selling coffee (and t-shirts/cups/merch) under the Horn & Hardart and Automat names. Horn & Hardart | Official Site: Historic Automat Coffee Since 1888 On their website they're clearly trying to blur the distinction between the famous original company/phenomenon, and their new nostalgia grift, saying stuff like "Celebrating 135 Years Experience the iconic flavors that stretch back more than a century" (the taste of coffee stretches back many centuries, wonder why they don't try to claim that too!) 207.237.14.175 (talk) 00:08, 24 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
