Why, thank you! It's always good to feel welcome. To these I'll need to add the pages detailing how to add boilerplate; I'll do that when I get the chance to look it up.

This oughta help. Wikipedia is one of the most user-friendly systems I've encountered, but it really ought to be easier to insert boilerplate text. A key explaining the meaning of m and N wouldn't hurt either.

- Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add the boilerplate link to my welcome message. Sam Spade 03:05, 11 May 2004 (UTC)
Hurricane Frances
[edit]Please don't upload track images to a new file name. By doing so you help add to a mess of unused imagee. Please, just upload over the old filename to keep them all in one place. -- Cyrius|✎ 23:30, 1 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Thanks for politely correcting me; now that you point out what I should have done, it seems obvious. Thanks very much! --SatyrEyes 01:42, 2 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Onomatpoeia
[edit]I spotted your recent addition to Onomatopoeia. While I like it, I think the term 'onomatopoeia' is really only used in the auditory sense (cf. also the distinction given here. You might want to check out Ideophone, Japanese sound symbolism and Sound symbolism, to see if one of them would be a better place for your text. Oh, and if you feel like sorting out the overlap between these articles, don't hesitate... I've been thinking some time now that some of those articles should somehow be merged :). Kind regards, — mark ✎ 09:22, 7 May 2005 (UTC)
