I am a Wikipedia:administrator since July 5, 2004. I first contributed to Wikipedia in April of 2001 (oldest edits lost in early software upgrades). My first edit with my username appears to be on April 26. I have been active on a number of online projects - active and passive (SETI@Home, Distributed Proofreaders, Mars crater labeling, Stardust@Home, Folding@Home on the Wikipedia team: Team page, etc.)

Current requests for increase in protection level

[edit]
Request protection of a page, or increasing the protection level

Place requests for new or upgrading pending changes, semi-protection, full protection, move protection, create protection, template editor protection, or upload protection at the BOTTOM of this section. Check the archive of fulfilled and denied requests or, failing that, the page history if you cannot find your request. Only recently answered requests are still listed here.

Temporary semi-protection: Article was protected back in July due to an IP user consistently removing information with multiple sources. Now that article is no longer protected, the same user is deleting the information using a new IP address. NJZombie (talk) 04:59, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

Reason: IP user vandalized my page because of my personal views. I'd appreciate it if it's semi-protected indefinitely. 🗽Freedoxm🗽 (talk) 07:11, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

Current requests for reduction in protection level

[edit]
Request unprotection of a page, or reducing the protection level

Before posting, first discuss with the protecting admin at their talk page. Post below only if you receive no reply.

  • To find out the username of the admin who protected the page click on "history" at the top of the page, then click on "View logs for this page" which is under the title of the page. The protecting admin is the username in blue before the words "protected", "changed protection level" or "pending changes". If there are a number of entries on the log page, you might find it easier to select "Protection log" or "Pending changes log" from the dropdown menu in the blue box.
  • Requests to downgrade full protection to template protection on templates and modules can be directed straight here; you do not need to ask the protecting admin first.
  • Requests for removing create protection on redlinked articles are generally assisted by having a draft version of the intended article prepared beforehand.
  • If you want to make spelling corrections or add uncontroversial information to a protected page please add {{Edit fully-protected}} to the article's talk page, along with an explanation of what you want to add to the page. If the talk page is protected please use the section below.

Check the archives if you cannot find your request. Only recently answered requests are still listed here.

Reason:Article is in a poorly written state and barely gets meaningful contributions since it was last protected. No signs of disruptive editing for a long time either.Axedd (talk) 14:45, 6 December 2024 (UTC)

@Axedd: Is the long-term abuser that caused the article to be ECP'd still active on other articles? —Jéské Couriano v^_^v threads critiques 16:46, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
Last time this specific user was active was 4 years ago according to his case page. I believe another sock caused this page to locked over an year ago for edit warring, but they weren't solely interested in this particular page. Axedd (talk) 16:52, 6 December 2024 (UTC)

Reason: The article was protected back in 2010, when protecting standards were far lower. I believe it's now ready to go unprotected, Cheers. 50.100.53.53 (talk) 04:02, 7 December 2024 (UTC)

Reason: The protection is no longer necessary because i believe that the metaverse is now less associated with crypto and the blockchain - especially after the rise of spatial computing. 67.209.128.24 (talk) 15:46, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

Suggested action: Lower to WP:WHITELOCK/WP:PCPP to prevent disruptive editing from cryptospammers while still allowing for broader contribution from legitimate editors (especially IPs like me). Otherwise, if no cryptospam is expected, remove protection completely. 67.209.128.24 (talk) 15:51, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

Current requests for edits to a protected page

[edit]
Request a specific edit to a protected page
Please request an edit directly on the protected page's talk page before posting here

Ideally, requests should be made on the article talk page rather than here.

  • Unless the talk page itself is protected, you may instead add the appropriate template among {{Edit protected}}, {{Edit template-protected}}, {{Edit extended-protected}}, or {{Edit semi-protected}} to the article's talk page if you would like to make a change rather than requesting it here. Doing so will automatically place the page in the appropriate category for the request to be reviewed.
  • Where requests are made due to the editor having a conflict of interest (COI; see Wikipedia:Suggestions for COI compliance), the {{Edit COI}} template should be used.
  • Requests to move move-protected pages should be made at Wikipedia:Requested moves, not here.
  • If the discussion page and the article are both protected preventing you from making an edit request, this page is the right place to make that request. Please see the top of this page for instructions on how to post requests.
  • This page is not for continuing or starting discussions regarding content should both an article and its discussion page be protected. Please make a request only if you have a specific edit you wish to make.

Requests for autopatrolled

Autopatrolled

[edit]

I would kindly like to submit a request for autopatrolled rights. I have created 50+ articles since 2017, which you will find listed on my user page here, none of which have been deleted nor have received any new page reviewers' comments in quite some time. I have also improved thousands more articles across Wikipedia. I am mainly interested in increasing the coverage of all things Brussels-related. Thanks in advance! Jason Lagos (talk) 17:42, 24 November 2024 (UTC)

 Done —Femke 🐦 (talk) 19:52, 2 December 2024 (UTC)

I have been editing Wikipedia for nearly 10 years with over 1000 edits, with 32 live articles primarily focusing on topic elated to asian audio visual and the institute in Bangladesh.

Thank you for considering my request. UzbukUdash (talk) 07:53, 2 December 2024 (UTC)

(Non-administrator comment): This editor recently violated copyright guidelines in an article that was speedy deleted, and many of their articles have been deleted or moved to draft space. I don’t think AP would be a good fit for this user. GrabUp - Talk 15:22, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
Not done. AP requires a track record of problem-less articles. —Femke 🐦 (talk) 19:35, 2 December 2024 (UTC)

User:Pbritti told me to. Apparently I qualify, and I've been cranking out a decent number of articled recently. Been editing Wikipedia on and off since 2009, been editing more regularly for the last year or two. Been a rollbacker and pending changes reviewer for almost 12 years. I created one GA and have taken two articles from being just a few sentences to GA status, a few more nominations in the pipeline. ~Darth StabroTalk  Contribs 02:51, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

Stating my support here. Encouraged him to seek this. He's told me about his plans for future articles and they seem to involve careful research up to GNG standards. His recent work has passed through GA and DYK, so quality is there. ~ Pbritti (talk) 02:56, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

During the temporary stint granted as autopatrolled, I have created over 100 pages following the suggestions of the admin. Have been consistently adding relevant WikiProject templates, stub tags, categories, and incoming links to them. Have also started using Rater and StubSorter. Trying to strengthen myself with Wikipedia's core content policies by regular reading. Requesting extension... Davidindia (talk) 09:25, 5 December 2024 (UTC)

I have created 40 articles out of which 2 are deleted with a total edits of 2680, as of now. I also found myself listed in Wikipedia:Database reports/Editors eligible for Autopatrol privilege. I promise, it'll be worth if I'm given the Autopatrolled privilege. Thanks, Hoping for a positive response. Taabii (talk) 15:12, 7 December 2024 (UTC)

I want to get into the swing of helping out in more ways other than RCP/PCP. Manually editing each article can only do so much. This would be handy to have. Synorem (talk) 06:14, 13 November 2024 (UTC)

Do you have any specific task in mind for this? * Pppery * it has begun... 21:58, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
Particularly for tasks like fixing broken templates and adding article-improvement templates. Since I frequently go through hundreds of articles a day via Huggle, AWB would help by allowing me to quickly add these templates without having to manually search for them and copy-paste them into each article. A recent issue that comes to mind was dealing with a few instances of {{cn}} spam, as seen here and here. This would help clear up stuff like this. Synorem (talk) 03:32, 18 November 2024 (UTC)

Confirmed

[edit]

Reason for requesting confirmed rights Adding to the pregnancy portion to the cancer page. I have worked on this piece for a whlie and have valid citations and sources. This is for a school project and not an act of vandalism or false information. Prarthanarawal (talk) 19:49, 2 December 2024 (UTC)

Not done – Hi, and thank you for creating an account to edit Wikipedia. Although I fully understand your desire to dive right in, many of our articles are semi-protected because they are controversial, prone to vandalism, or other reasons. As a new editor with few edits, it might be wise to discuss your edits on the article talkpage in order to gain consensus for your edits, and then use {{Edit semi-protected}} to request the edit be performed. I only recommend this until you are used to the challenges of reliable sources, the biographies of living persons policy, and other similar policies. The good news is that fewer than 5 percent of Wikipedia articles are protected; this means that more than 95 percent of the articles can use your help right now! Just Step Sideways from this world ..... today 19:54, 2 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi! Could I please have confirmed on this account? It'd be useful for testing the upload wizard without the various settings I have on my main account. Thanks, Mdaniels5757's sock (talk) 04:43, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

Done for four days. (In response to the question in the edit summary: autoconfirmed is based off of when the account was attached to en-wiki, which was only just now even though it was created globally last year.) Extraordinary Writ (talk) 04:56, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

Requests for extended confirmation

Extended confirmed

[edit]

In the beginning of November my EC permissions have been revoked by User:ScottishFinnishRadish due to what he considered to be gaming, because of me doing a large number of minor edits requested as part of the CW Project.

SFR said that he would not object to the restoration of my EC permissions once I made a few hundred more substantial edits.

Since then I made over 350 edits, mainly on pages related to mathematics and food security, and I believe this should qualify me for restoration of extended-confirmed permissions. DancingOwl (talk) 17:57, 27 November 2024 (UTC)

Done for 30 days. Given that you've technically met the requirement for restoration of the right, I have no reason not to grant it. That said, I've limited it to 30 days, after which it will expire. I believe I'm permitted to impose this restriction since the revocation of the right related to editing in contentious topic areas and our general procedure for contentious topic areas gives Administrators maximum latitude in facilitation of a collaborative editing environment. Prior to expiration of this right, you can return here and request it be permanently added to your account. Chetsford (talk) 01:31, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
Thanks DancingOwl (talk) 04:07, 28 November 2024 (UTC)

I would like to be able to publish a growing stack of articles pending on my translation list, this will allow for wikipedia to have multiple buried local articles only available in some languages to be accessible for a wider base of international readers in English, I hope you will accept my request. Lubatchovsky (talk) 13:09, 3 December 2024 (UTC)

Not done You don't need extended-confirmed to translate into English using the content translation tool as long as the the destination page is in the Draft namespace or in your userspace. You can then submit the translated article for review once you're done. stwalkerster (talk) 13:31, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
"The English Wikipedia community has restricted article creation by the WMF's semi-automatic content translation tool to extended confirmed users. This access is automatically applied to extended confirmed users (editors who have been registered for at least 30 days and have made at least 500 edits to the English Wikipedia, or have been manually granted extended confirmed rights by an administrator after making a request). In addition, integration with machine translation has been disabled for all users." source : Wikipedia:Content_translation_tool
I am not able to submit the translated article for reviewing as a translation, I am able to submit an article for reviewing as a seperate article from the main article (not as a translation of the article but as an english article seperate from the articles from other languages) Lubatchovsky (talk) 21:56, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
I'm aware of the publicised restriction you've quoted, but that restriction only applies if you are translating to a page in the main article namespace. If you prefix the name of the target article with "Draft:" or "User:Lubatchovsky/", that restriction will not apply and you'll be able to save translated page. Once you've saved it, you can add {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page through the normal editor and it'll be reviewed through the WP:AFC process. stwalkerster (talk) 18:20, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

I am writing to formally request the reinstatement of my extended account rights on Wikipedia. Previously, these rights were revoked due to concerns regarding my use of an automatic translator, which was perceived as "gaming the rules." Since then, I have completed few hundred manual edits, as requested to regain it, to demonstrate my commitment to improving content and adhering to the community's standards. Michael Boutboul (talk) 22:28, 3 December 2024 (UTC)

Not done This user right was revoked for cause just four days ago. It looks very much like you are making numertous small quick edits to make your point. Looking like you really, really want a permission like this is the best way to ensure you won't get it. Just Step Sideways from this world ..... today 23:47, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
I am puzzled, please assume my good faith, the edits I made are very serious. For example if you check Water metering and Gas meter pages, you’ll see that they are completely reshaped and drastically improved with, I hope, Wikipedia quality.
During those four days, I literally spent tens of hours to write those pages, to find references and to verify them. This is my area of expertise.
May I suggest to clarify the 500 edits rules? Michael Boutboul (talk) 12:40, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

I had another account that I forgot the credentials to access it. I am a professional translator who is eager to contribute to Wikipedia. Therefore, I request extended confirmation. Burak Mahmutoğlu (talk) 10:25, 5 December 2024 (UTC)

Would you please identify the account you previously used? — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 13:47, 5 December 2024 (UTC)
I unfortunately completely have forgotten the credentials, as the username was all made up word that didn't have my name or anything relatable that I can remember of, I really cannot provide the information requested. Burak Mahmutoğlu (talk) 19:41, 5 December 2024 (UTC)
Not done. Without being able to verify your former account had this level of access, we cannot transfer it over to your new account. stwalkerster (talk) 22:29, 5 December 2024 (UTC)
Requests for new page reviewer

New page reviewer

[edit]

I see that there is a large backlog, so I would like to help reduce it, especially the redirects, as I have more experience with them. I have not created any articles, but I have read the tutorials for NPR and related pages, so I will not make any unintentional (or intentional) detrimental edits. I am familiar with WP:BLAR, WP:PROD and WP:AfD, and have behaved civilly with other editors. DoctorWhoFan91 (talk) 11:20, 3 December 2024 (UTC)

I have been on Wikipedia now for 14 years (which I can't believe) and I have had the rollback permission for over a decade. I have also been a pending changes reviewer for a similar amount of time although I rarely participate in that sphere. I tend to focus within recent changes patrol as well as counter-vandalism efforts, but I also perform more traditional edits to articles--especially within gerontology-related topics and feel I have a strong understanding on what is appropriate for Wikipedia and what is not. I am familiar with the CSD, AFD, and PROD criterion and have nominated pages for such in the past. I would want the permission to work on the backlog and ultimately be able to assist in a more versatile manner than I currently am able to. --Thebirdlover (talk) 02:42, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

I had to think about this because it was so long ago, but I also remember reviewing pages off of the NewPagesFeed back in the day before it was a formal user right. I cannot think of any dispute anyone had with the calls I made—some of the pages I reviewed were later deleted, but 5-10 years after I reviewed them. Check the public logs for examples. --Thebirdlover (talk) 13:23, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

Done Looks like you did page patrolling back in 2016 or so, but as you said a lot has changed since then. I've granted the permission on a trial basis for 2 months, after which you can return here to apply for it permanently. --Ahecht (TALK

I would like to become an NPR to help reduce the work, I regularly intervene on drafts and edit them to format them and put banners or comments to advise the creator on the steps to follow so that this draft becomes eligible, in the case that it is possible. I know the rules of Wikipedia and the essential points determining if an article is eligible or not. I see drafts being submitted but they are clearly not ready to be accepted and unfortunately I can't do anything at this time. As a current pending changes reviewer, I would like to request the new page reviewer permission. I believe that I can review new pages, fact-check them, and help reduce creation vandalism. Z. Patterson (talk) 20:15, 7 December 2024 (UTC)

Not done: I'm not seeing the experience needed for this permission (see point 2 of WP:NPPCRITERIA). Getting more involved in the deletion process is one good way to get this sort of experience. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 02:02, 8 December 2024 (UTC)
Help out with the backlog. Well informed on content policies and guidelines. Fairly steady AfD participation history (looking past the big ugly chunk of "speedy keep" on my AfD history from a few hours ago, where I AfD'd a set of related articles but then decided to withdraw and WP:BLAR them instead.) ~~~~ RachelTensions (talk) 03:42, 8 December 2024 (UTC)
Requests for page mover

Page mover

[edit]

I have been doing NPP for a while in the physical sciences, with a bit of editing, creating a few articles and AfC. Several times during NPP I have come across "messes" where relics such as drafts have been left behind by inexperienced users. I would like to have the ability to move without a redirect. I don't expect to be using it that often, probably once a month at most. Ldm1954 (talk) 13:27, 3 December 2024 (UTC)

@Ldm1954: Based on your CSD log, my understanding is that you are requesting this so that you can move an existing draft "Draft:___" out of the way in order to draftify an article of that name "___". Assuming draftification would be appropriate (so, for example, it isn't a redraftification after a user has republished it to mainspace), you can just draftify the page to "Draft:___ (2)" (like this example) and possibly redirect the original draft to the new draft. If you need to history merge the drafts (or to delete one), then an administrator will be necessary whether or not you have pagemover permissions. Because of that, I don't see how pagemover permission would help. SilverLocust 💬 03:09, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
Ok, then let's not bother with it. Ldm1954 (talk) 06:27, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

Experienced editor (10k+ edits; acccout over 5 years old), requesting this permission for occassional page moves I come across that need to be done also from moving drafts out into mainspace.  Spy-cicle💥  Talk? 01:14, 5 December 2024 (UTC)

Not done. 10 moves (1 this year) and 2 RM/TR requests is not enough demonstrated need or experience with moving. For occasional technical moves, please just request assistance at WP:RM/TR. SilverLocust 💬 09:24, 5 December 2024 (UTC)

I have been participating and closing RMs for a while. I would like this perm to fulfill more requests at RM/TR. For now I have one draftify, but would like to eventually dab into more. Thanks! ~/Bunnypranav:<ping> 12:27, 5 December 2024 (UTC)

I'd likely grant this once you've been closing RMs for a month (rather than for a week). 29 moves is quite low for this permission. (See, for example, this decline.) Responders at WP:RM/TR should be able to think of potential objections to moves that have been requested (without having the benefit of seeing any arguments people have raised over the course of 7 days, as would be the case in an RM), so experience is important.  Not done for now. SilverLocust 💬 08:08, 7 December 2024 (UTC)

Requests for rollback

Rollback

[edit]

Requesting rollback permission to combat the pervasive presence of vandalism and/or edits of unencyclopedic quality to the best of my ability. At the present moment I am a semi-retired user; however, I have been a regular patroller of recent changes to both specific pages as well as the site as a whole. I'd very much like to learn the counter-vandalism tool RedWarn and/or Ultraviolet and get involved to a greater extent across the site in keeping pages up to editors' standards - I intend to be a long-term contributor to the site and expect to be much more active in the future, predominantly in this line of work. I've familiarized myself with WP:VANDTYPES and have encountered and attempted thus far to manually revert instances of controversial edits at times - edits which it would be far more helpful to all parties to take care of via rollback. I'd particularly like to delve into new ways to spot the more subtle instances that go unnoticed for longer periods of time, per WP:SNEAKY, as well as monitor for violations of WP:TPV and continually make an effort to practice WP:WARNVAND, WP:HTSV, WP:NOTVANDALISM, WP:RVAN and WP:NORESVAND among others. My most notable effort to prevent escalated conflict(s) would be in the Talk:Wings_of_Fire_(novel_series)#February_2023_Content_Editing_Conflict, though I do not yet have a track record of notifying users when reverting their edits beyond discussions on article talk pages (though this is typically as the reverted editor has tended to initiate the conversations first). Furthermore, I intend to prioritize diligently monitoring sockfarm-targeted pages in addition watching out for recent changes. Please let me know if you'd like me to undergo training and/or further regulatory practice first - and thank you for your consideration of me for this responsibility. ^^ TheMysteriousShadeheart (talk) 19:32, 28 November 2024 (UTC)

I see, I see; thanks for letting me know. Would I still be allowed to request rollback rights for the sake of utilizing these anti-vandalism tools to the utmost, or would you prefer I use RedWarn/Ultraviolet before making such a request (or, rather, the rollback-required AntiVandal)? In either instance I would still like to request the option of using rollback in the case of rollback-preferred cases of vandalism, which is - again - the primary reason I am making this request. TheMysteriousShadeheart (talk) 21:16, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
Hi TheMysteriousShadeheart, I'll grant rollback if you provide a list of five diffs where you have used, in practice, anything else than rollback (RedWarn, Ultraviolet, manual undo or whatever) and could have used the more performant, simple server-side rollback instead. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 04:06, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
(see WP:ROLLBACKUSE for the limitations of what these five diffs may be about) ~ ToBeFree (talk) 11:51, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
A sample of twenty-five (25) instances of manual undo are as follows (as the first method I learned, I have used it most frequently):
  1. Talk:Tui T. Sutherland: Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
  2. Wings of Fire (novel series): Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
  3. Talk:MasterChef Canada: Difference between revisions - Wikipedia

  21. Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
  22. Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
  23. Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
  24. Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
  25. Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
Edits such as the following one would have been much more serviceable with rollback (as in the case of many of the aforementioned edits):
  1. Wings of Fire (novel series): Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
On that note, the following edit - where I addressed WP:TALKOFFTOPIC - is one of my outlying contributions which clearly would constitutionally not require rollback; rather, page clean-up is a better solution:
  1. Talk:Wings of Fire (novel series): Difference between revisions - Wikipedia
The majority of my editing history has been through correcting overlooked errors/mistakes of minor significance on pages (ex. punctuation; spelling; spacing; formatting; cross-linking; broken citations; etc.).
Please note that edit discussions, when necessary, took place on page talk pages rather than user talk pages; I do not believe I have ever issued a talk page warning as other users typically did so before myself (though I am fully familiar with what is required/expected of in the practice).
(To clarify what I believe to be a point of concern, I believe several of these "users" could be the result of a sockfarm threat made here. It was quite a discussion with this user in the days before and as the sample of manual undos above indicate, I have spent much of my editing time focusing on targeted pages.)
Keeping in mind the limitations and responsibilities of WP:ROLLBACKUSE, I again thank you for your consideration of me for this privilege and power. ^^ TheMysteriousShadeheart (talk) 18:07, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
[Comment: Considering the differences between RedWarn, Ultraviolet, AntiVandal and other such anti-vandal tools, I'd gladly accept pointers/suggestions as to which would be believed the best course of action to pursue should I be granted the opportunity to use rollback. Please let me know if you have any other questions, comments or concerns.] TheMysteriousShadeheart (talk) 18:11, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
TheMysteriousShadeheart, thanks, hm. I didn't have a look at all examples, but the first 5 don't really look like the kind of obvious vandalism that can be rollbacked without an edit summary explaining the revert. I'm looking for five (but really just five) diffs where you undid obvious malicious editing, not someone's editing tests, not someone mistaking a talk page for a forum without wanting to harm the project. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:14, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
Thanks for the fast reply - I believe the following twelve (12) instances all qualify (I've bolded the requested five): these can be found here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here. TheMysteriousShadeheart (talk) 22:33, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
The list of dragon names removed in Special:Diff/1252791870 doesn't look like vandalism; same for Special:Diff/1222922750, where additionally the unnecessary changing of a phrasing was surely not meant to cause damage. I'll decline this request for now. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 00:24, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
Understood - thanks for your consideration. I'll get more practice combating vandalism first; hopefully my editing slate will be more up to grade in the future! ^^ TheMysteriousShadeheart (talk) 02:35, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
Thanks – do feel free to ask again, perhaps in a month or so, simply on my talk page or here; if you choose this page here, please let me know and I'll either grant the request or leave the decision to someone else. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:29, 2 December 2024 (UTC)

"Do you want to take a survey?"

    [edit]

On Feb. 12, 2005, I did a random pages survey. Out of 100 random pages, only 1 was a U.S. town. That's progress. Three towns in the UK, 1 in Spain and 1 in Portugal also turned up. Overall biographies were the largest category at 22%, followed by geography with 15% total. Then Lists at 7%, Disambiguation pages at 6%.

On Feb. 24, 2006, I repeated the 100 random page survey, this time getting 5 U.S. towns. Overall, geography had 26%, biography 21%, fiction 9%, music 4%, colleges 4%, lists 3% and disambigs 4%. Clearly geography and biography are our largest areas. Music, science and business scored less than I expected. Non-individual History was hardly discernable.

Even by Feb. 2005, 100 out of almost 500,000 was not statistically significant but was as much as I had patience for.
