Nothing against Woolston or Warrington, but not encyclopedic.Gwimpey 21:37, 5 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]- Consensus seems to be "mostly harmless" Gwimpey 08:26, 6 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. Of minor interest, but doing no harm. TB 22:18, 5 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]
- keep. It's pretty clear the user is going to document their entire surroundings. Once they've finished that and move onto individual streets, then individual rooms of their house... well you'll have to try and ban them Gwimpey ;o) In the meantime it's a choice between filling VfD with these things or letting it go. I'm pretty sure there must be lots of pages doing far more to discredit the project than these. Also, if someone does come on and happens to search for, and find, their immediate locality, I suspect they'll be bowled over by the Wikipedia and may be inspired to help. --bodnotbod 22:28, May 5, 2004 (UTC)
- I'll second that. I think one of the coolest things to do is find your hometown (easy if you live in the US) and edit its local history, etc. You can do this for towns where you have family, etc., and it will convert those articles into ones that are much more interesting.
