Only notability is by association with Frank Lloyd Wright. Gazpacho 05:45, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. If somebody writes an opera about you nearly one hundred years after you came to public attention, you are probably notable enough. Article needs work. Samaritan 11:31, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. Fascinating, obscure perhaps but not even borderline IMO. Exactly the sort of stuff Wikipedia excells at capturing. Andrewa 12:53, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Abstain: Internally inconsistent. It really needs some verification. Normally, I would say move to clean up, which it needs in any case, but I would wish to see some evidence that this isn't hearsay. Geogre 14:48, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- It's not the best article, but what a story! Keep.Dr Zen 01:39, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Interesting. A little tricky to understand.. Keep, I think. [[User:Rhymeless|Rhymeless | (Methyl Remiss)]] 07:11, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Abstain for now, but I believe the verifiable info should be kept--only question is whether here or in the FLW article. I may hit a library later today, but I wasn't able to find anything on the net to verify "...had two more children (Frederick and Jane), and adopted one son, Henry, and cared for Henry's biological brother Harold." The rest seems to have enuf independent sources to seem OK (I've added a few of them as references). I've cleaned up the article a bit to clarify the events. Niteowlneils 22:31, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Another potential location for the content might be Edwin Cheney House.Bah!, just discovered it might be edward instead of edwin--definately need to visit the library. Niteowlneils 22:43, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)- The contents definately seem to need to be moved somewhere as Edwin seems enitrely non-notable other than being the former husband of the woman that broke up Wright's first marriage. Currently leaning towards Mamah Borthwick, or possibly as a start of a family life of Frank Lloyd Wright article, as I don't see a place in the main article where the content would fit in naturally. The house might deserve an article, but the contents are more related to Mamah's time with Wright, so this probably isn't it. Now I need to go clean up the article a bit more. - Well, I never really got into a flow, so it's not great (I may work on it some more tomorrow), but hopefully my new version gives an idea of what a Mamah Borthwick might look like. Niteowlneils 04:03, 20 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- I've added the play, and a link from the FLW article. Niteowlneils 06:11, 20 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Keep the genuine soap opera, it will improve over time. [[User:Radman1|RaD Man (talk)]] 16:51, 21 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. For reasons stated by others that vote keep. --Dittaeva 20:41, 23 Nov 2004 (UTC)
